THE FLAMES OF PARIS portrays the French Revolution as told through two love stories, heinous acts perpetrated by the evil Marquis Costa de Beauregard, battalions of the Marseillais troops on the march to Paris, the appearance of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, the storming of their royal palace, The Tuilleries, and, of course, the swiftly descending knife of the guillotine.
